The pandemic introduced new shopping methods, reducing human interaction and in-store foot traffic, which in turn limits traditional advertising opportunities. This project investigates contemporary grocery shopping habits to develop a new service that encourages customers to return to stores and enhances their interaction with the shopping environment.
